最低起訂量（MOQ）與單價是如何評估的？

起訂量與單價會依「品項種類、客製工序、數量級距」綜合評估。一般而言， 僅刻字或包裝調整的 MOQ 較低；涉及聲音調整、結構改動或全新包裝刀模， 則需較高數量以分攤開發與製程成本。我們會在提案階段提供不同數量級距的單價參考， 協助你在預算內做出最適合的選擇。

在需求尚未完全確認前，可以先進行初步討論嗎？

可以。我們建議在專案初期以「用途、數量區間、預算範圍、期望風格」作為討論基礎， 先進行方向性評估與可行性建議，而不必一開始就定案所有細節。 待內部方向較明確後，再進入正式提案與打樣階段，能有效降低反覆修改的成本與時間風險。

客製化後的成品，品質與聲音如何確保一致？

我們在量產前會完成聲音與外觀的打樣確認，並於量產階段進行批次控管。 針對聲音類產品，會以既定比例與檢核方式確保整批聲音表現穩定； 包裝與刻字則依確認稿製作，避免批次差異，確保交付品質符合企業標準。

交期是否能配合活動或指定到貨日？

可以配合，但需視專案複雜度與當期產能評估。若你有明確活動日期或到貨窗口， 建議在初期需求確認時即提出，我們會提供可行時程與風險說明。 在部分情況下，也可透過分批交付或簡化客製項目來協助趕上時程。

是否能支援跨國出貨或多地點配送？

視專案而定。我們可協助整批出貨至單一窗口，或依名單進行多地點配送（國內為主）。 若涉及海外運送、關稅或特殊包裝需求，建議於提案階段先行討論， 以便評估運輸方式、成本與交期影響。
